Crew and security shirts
Staff need to be findable in a crowd: bold one-color prints, big back text, colors that stand out. The Gildan Softstyle keeps a big crew affordable; step up to the Bella+Canvas 3001 if the crew shirt doubles as a keeper. Screen print is the move here - crew runs are exactly what it’s cheapest at.
Giveaways for the crowd
Hand out shirts and your event walks around town for the next year. Volume is the whole game, so use our most cost-effective tee - the Port & Company PC43 - with a one-color print, and watch the deals page for the running special on exactly that combo.
The commemorative drop
The shirt people pay for at the booth should feel like merch, not a handout: the Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed tee wears the date-on-the-back festival look perfectly, and the heavyweight Shaka covers the streetwear crowd. Add trucker hats - they outsell shirts at some events. Building a drop that sells is its own craft: here’s the guide.
Deadlines, honestly
Events don’t move, so we’re straight about dates: tell us yours and we’ll say plainly whether it’s makeable before you commit. Two to three weeks out is comfortable. Everything is all-in pricing with a 25-piece screen print minimum (DTF from one piece for artist samples), printed in Ann Arbor with free local pickup - handy when the event is nearby. General event playbook (non-cannabis too): custom merch for events.
