1. Who we are

No Mids Customs is a custom apparel decorator in Ann Arbor, Michigan (“we,” “us”). By placing an order on nomidscustoms.com you agree to these terms. Questions? orders@nomidscustoms.com.

2. Orders & minimums

Screen-print orders have a 25-piece minimum per design; embroidery starts at 12 and DTF at 1. Prices shown are all-in per-piece for the options you select - blank, decoration, setup, and any specialty add-ons are included in the number you see. A one-time digitizing fee applies to new embroidery designs; it’s shown before you submit.

3. Payment, proof approval & price adjustments

When you submit an order we authorize (place a hold on) your card for the amount shown - we do not charge it yet. Every order is reviewed by a real person. We capture payment after we’ve confirmed your art and finalized the order. If a review turns up something that changes the price (e.g. tricky art, an exact ink match, an oversized print, or a shipping quote we couldn’t calculate at checkout), we email you the revised total for approval before capturing any payment. If you don’t approve, we release the hold and cancel - no charge.

4. Your artwork & rights

You are responsible for having the rights to any logos, images, names, or designs you submit. By ordering, you confirm you own or are licensed to use the artwork and you authorize us to reproduce it on your order. We’re not liable for trademark or copyright claims arising from customer-supplied art, and we may decline any order at our discretion. You keep ownership of your art; we may show finished work in our portfolio/social unless you ask us in writing not to.

5. Turnaround & shipping

Standard production is approximately 10–14 business days after proof approval, plus shipping transit time. Need it sooner? Enter your date in the cart’s “Need these by” box. It tells you right away whether we can make it, and offers guaranteed rush service (+15% or +50%) when it’s needed. For shipped orders we work back from your date by the carrier’s estimated transit time; carrier delays aren’t covered (see section 6). Shipping is calculated at checkout or, if live rates are briefly unavailable, quoted by email for your approval before capture. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the order. 6. Limitation of liability

Because these are made-to-order custom goods, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. a missed event date due to carrier delays outside our control).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. We may update them from time to time; the version in effect when you order applies.
