The pricing: wholesale, for everyone

We used to run a retail chart and a wholesale chart. We stopped. A retail rate only exists to be discounted, and the discount goes to whoever thinks to ask — which is a strange way to decide what someone pays. So the wholesale number is simply the price now: every blank from Bella+Canvas to Comfort Colors to Richardson, every decoration method, every price you see including the live design tool. No account, no code, no spending minimum. It still improves with quantity, because bigger runs genuinely cost us less per piece.

And no setup or screen fees. Burning screens, registering them, reclaiming them and mixing ink are real costs, and they are inside the per-piece price rather than bolted on at the end. The number the design tool quotes you is the number you pay.

Blind shipping: your brand on the box

Wholesale orders can ship blind - the package shows your business as the sender, not us - and go straight to your locations or your end customers. If you’re a brand fulfilling merch or a reseller passing orders through, your customer relationship stays yours.

Tax-exempt resale (Michigan Form 3372)

Reselling in Michigan? Complete Form 3372 - the state’s Sales & Use Tax Certificate of Exemption - with your sales tax license number, and upload the signed copy during the application. Approved resale accounts aren’t charged Michigan sales tax on qualifying orders. The application walks you through it, including the blank form to download.

Who should apply, and how fast

An account is worth it if you resell: cannabis brands and multi-location dispensaries (most of our order book - see our cannabis merch guide), apparel brands and streetwear labels, print resellers, and anyone who needs boxes arriving under their own name. If you are buying for your own team, school or nonprofit and not reselling, you do not need one — you are already paying the same price an approved account pays. Apply with a short form; review usually takes about a business day. Minimums are production minimums only (25 pieces for screen print, 12 for embroidery, DTF from one) - details in the pricing guide.
