Laid flat is measured straight across the garment lying flat on a table - lay one you already own flat and measure it the same way to compare.
Sleeve from center back runs from the middle of the back of the collar, over the shoulder, to the cuff.
Mill tolerance: body length ±1″ · chest ±1″ · sleeve ±1″. Garments are cut in bulk, so a difference that small is normal and not a defect.
Printed goods can't be returned for fit, so if you're between sizes, ask us before you order.
