Laid flat is measured straight across the garment lying flat on a table - lay one you already own flat and measure it the same way to compare.
Sleeve from neck edge (raglan and dolman sleeves) runs from the neck edge to the finished hem.
Printed goods can't be returned for fit, so if you're between sizes, ask us before you order.

Transparent, itemized pricing: the per-garment price above already includes screen setup fees, the automatic white underbase on dark garments, and any extra screens for fleece. Every order is reviewed by a real person, and if something needs adjusting for accuracy (tricky art, an exact ink match, or an oversized print), we email you the updated total for approval before your card is ever charged.
