Laid flat is measured straight across the garment lying flat on a table - lay one you already own flat and measure it the same way to compare.
Sleeve from center of neck starts at the center of the neck and runs down the shoulder and the sleeve to the hem.
Printed goods can't be returned for fit, so if you're between sizes, ask us before you order.
