How to order

How to order custom shirts, step by step

Ordering custom shirts online is simpler than most people expect. Here’s the whole process, start to finish - no quote forms, no back-and-forth email threads, and no setup or screen fees.

1. Pick your blank

Browse thousands of real blanks from Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Gildan, AS Colour, and more - tees, hoodies, crewnecks, hats, and beanies in the colors and fits your customers actually want. Start in tops or headwear.

2. Add your art

Upload your design in the browser and place it where you want it - front, back, sleeve, or a mix. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal; a large high-resolution PNG works for most designs. Don’t have final art? Submit what you have in the design notes and we’ll help get it production-ready.

3. Choose your method & placements

Screen print for bold, few-color designs and bigger runs; embroidery for hats, polos, and a premium feel; DTF for full-color art and small batches. Not sure? The print-methods guide lays out when to use each - or leave a note and we’ll recommend one.

4. See your all-in price

As you build the order, the per-piece price updates live - setup, screens, and ink already included. Nothing gets added at checkout. Curious what moves the number? The pricing guide breaks it down.

5. We review your art before charging

When you submit, we authorize your card but don’t capture it until a real person has looked over your artwork and confirmed everything will print clean. If a file needs work or a color won’t translate, we reach out first - no order gets printed (or charged) on a guess.

6. Pick up or ship

Local? Pickup in Ann Arbor is free. Otherwise we ship anywhere in the country, and you’ll get tracking when it’s on the way. Create an account and your designs, art, and order history stay saved for one-click reorders.
