Most custom shops quote a retail rate and reserve their real pricing for resellers. We stopped doing that. There is no retail chart here to be marked down from - every price on the site is our wholesale price, on every order, whether you are a brand reordering monthly or a family ordering shirts once.
And no setup or screen fees. Burning screens, registering them and mixing ink are already inside the per-piece price you see in the design tool, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay.

A retail rate only exists to be discounted, and the discount goes to whoever knows to ask. We would rather be busy than clever: filling press time at a fair rate beats holding out for a better margin on fewer jobs. So the wholesale number is simply the price, and it improves with quantity rather than with paperwork.
The pricing is not the reason to apply - you already have it. An account adds resale-tax exemption once your Michigan certificate is on file, so you are not paying sales tax on goods you resell, and blind shipping, so orders reach your locations or customers with your brand on the box rather than ours. Your art stays on file, so reorders take minutes.

No. Every price on the site is the wholesale price already, for everyone, from our 25-piece screen-print minimum (12 on embroidery) up. There is no retail rate and no code to enter.
Two things: sales-tax exemption on goods you resell, once a Michigan resale certificate is on file, and blind shipping so orders arrive with your brand on the box. Neither changes the price.
No. Screens, setup and ink are inside the per-piece price you see in the design tool. Two one-time fees can apply and both are shown before you pay, never added at checkout: $50 art separation on screen-print jobs supplied as PNG/JPG (waived for vector art or DTF), and $50 embroidery digitizing (waived if you have a stitch file, and on reorders of the same design).
Only for tax exemption - a Michigan resale certificate on file. Without one you still pay the same wholesale prices; you just pay sales tax where it applies.
