All-in per piece: blank, printing or stitching, and setup included, on the style's lowest-priced color. Other colors, sizes 2XL and up, and dark shirts that need a white underbase cost a little more. Turnaround

Fees

No setup or screen fees. Fees that can apply, all shown before you pay: $50 once to digitize a new embroidery logo (free on reorders); $50 to separate PNG/JPG art for screen printing (waived for vector art or DTF); and $15 handling on a DTF item whose transfers total under $149. Michigan sales tax is added for Michigan orders.

One thing to know about Nike

Nike apparel can’t be resold blank - every Nike piece we sell ships decorated, per the brand’s resale rules. That’s no restriction in practice: you’re here for the logo anyway, and it means every Nike polo that leaves our shop is a finished, branded garment.

What’s the minimum order for custom Nike polos?

12 pieces per design for embroidered polos - and sizes pool across the run, so a mixed S-3XL order for the whole team counts as one design. Per-piece pricing improves as quantity climbs.

How much does the logo setup cost?

Embroidery digitizing is a one-time $50 fee for a new logo. Reorder the same design later and the fee is waived automatically - we keep your digitized file on your account.

Can I buy the Nike polos blank, without a logo?

No - Nike requires its apparel to be sold decorated, so we only sell these customized. Everything else in our catalog is available blank if you need undecorated pieces.

Which Nike polo should we pick?

The Dri-FIT Micro Pique 2.0 is the default corporate choice - nineteen colors and a women’s companion cut. The Tech Basic runs a bit friendlier on budget; the Victory Solid is the premium feel. Order one of each as samples inside a larger run if you want to compare in hand.
